Day 1: Hue to DMZ-Vinh Moc Tunnel to Khe Sanh
Probably, you dont have much time to visit Hue so we offer 2 option for your plan
Option 1: You will visit Hue Imperial Citadel and Thien Mu pagoda before continue on the same program as
Option 2: Hue Motorbike Tour pick you from Hue and ride along local village and countryside to Cua Tung beach. On the way our riders will stop at some local places for you to take pictures and local coffee. While ride along the village you can see local people working on farm, rice field. The ride with peaceful sights around give you start a fresh day. Then our riders stop at the beach so you can take pictures and rest while hearing the waves beat
And we continue on to the Vinh Moc Tunnels which is unbelievable work of local people in the war. Explore the tunnel to see magic underground construction that people dug by hands and simple tools most made from bamboo.
Ben Hai River (known as 17th Parallel and also the border line between North and South Vietnam during the American war )and Hien Luong Bridge (a symbol of division, expectations and the pain of loss, a historic witness of Vietnam’s tragic but ultimately victorious past )
Next we ride along the coatal line to see Cua Tung Queen Beach and then explore and the Demilitarised Zone, stopping for lunch at the Doc Mieu Firebase
Continue on Highway 9 ,this ride takes us off road through the rubber trees farm then go to Truong Son Cemetry which is the biggest cemetry for dead soldier fought in the war.On the way we will stop for taking pictures and break coffee
Around 5pm we arrive in Khe Sanh Combat Base which was established as a forward base by General Westmoreland near Laos to secure highway 9.
Checking into your hotel and you have free time to explore the area.
Day 2: Khe Sanh to Aluoi to Prao
After breakfast at a local restaurant Hue Motorbike Tour take you to visit Khe Sanh Combat Base – Ta Con Airport. Then we head out across the famous Dakrong bridge on the Ho Chi Minh Trail, near the town of Ta Rut we will visit the Pa Co Ethnic minority village and see their daily life
Then we ride about 110 km to Aluoi which is a rural district of Thừa Thiên-Huế Province in the North Central Coast region of Vietnam. During this time we cross one of the longest and most stunning passes in Vietnam while travelling on a new and quiet road, through amazing scenery of primitive forests in the imposing Truong son mountain range.
We stop for lunch in Aluoi town, then in the afternoon we travel on Ho Chi Minh trail to Prao. And for this 100km route you will be surprised with the jungle, mountains, waterfalls and the quietness, peace and amazing views. The spectacular ride with quiet route and some stops for taking amazing pictures
We will have a visit into a minority village along the way to see the local life on Ho Chi Minh Trail
Then we will arrive and spend the night in Prao town
Day 3: Prao via Hai Van Pass to Hoi An
After breakfast Hue Motorbike Tour ride you down along the mountain through the rural villages. Along the way we walk and visit an Bho Hoong ethnic village to experience the minority people living. Continue on the road we will see tea farm where local people plant green tea for black tea
Then we ride to Da Nang city, we will ride up over on top Hai Van Pass. On the top of this Ocean and Cloud pass you will see beautiful view of both Hue and Da Nang. Then get back and ride along Da Nang coast road to Marble Mountain where you can visit caves and temples. The village around the moutain bottom with many magic marble sculpture also good for visit
After visit Marble Mountain, we ride to Hoi An and drop you at your hotel. Tour ended here
